MONOLITH FICTION STORY
WHAT IS HYPERBASE ?
Hyperbase is a secret and independent organization whose mission is to observe, analyze and archive all phenomena related to the appearance of an entity called: Monolith.
Founded at an unknown date by a group of artists, engineers and philosophers passionate about biomimicry and art culture. Hyperbase studies through the ages the cases of unexplained observations as well as the complex interactions of the Monolith on our environment. Hyperbase and the Monolith are linked by their role in protecting the environment.
HOW THE HYPERBASE ORGANIZATION WORKS ?
The archivers, also known as "scanners", have noticed anomalies here and there throughout time in our environment. Their mission, once mandated by Hyperbase, is to go on site and evaluate the impacts. The scanners follow precise and non-intrusive methods defined by Hyperbase: observe, analyze and archive in order to bring solutions to environmental incidents.
Their goal is to create materials and garments from these identified anomalies. They collect, recycle, reuse, revive and reinterpret these impacts to create new, harmless resources. Hyperbase's role is to pass on its findings after learning from civilization's mistakes on nature.
THE ORIGIN OF THE MONOLITH
The origins of the Monolith are unknown. Its manifestations throughout history are the subject of interpretations that are at the origin of mythological beliefs and stories. According to records, all anthropological upheavals known to date have been followed by the appearance of the Monolith.
The entity seems to appear at pivotal moments of humanity, it acts on biodiversity and pushes the limits of physics.
